I am a cell biologist and electrophysiologist interested in understanding how diverse organisms specialize and adapt to their specific ecological niche, with the objectives of uncovering new biology and revealing conserved and fundamental principles in physiology. As a postdoctoral fellow, I study a wide range of organisms including cephalopods, sacoglossan sea slugs, and vertebrate species, each uniquely suited to answer a particular biological question.
